MEET OUR SUPERINTENDENT
Dr. Danielle Streeter is a native of Durant, Mississippi. She is a former Special Education teacher, mentor, and lead teacher, Dr. Streeter currently serves as the Superintendent of Life Academy, and tutors Special Education students virtually for Learnwell Education. In her educational career, she has served on several leadership teams and uses all of her experiences to coach and mentor aspiring teachers.

Over the years, Dr. Streeter has greatly impacted students and colleagues. Dr. Streeter has a passion for reading, collaborating with different stakeholders, and attending conferences and professional developments that will contribute to her career in education.

Dr. Danielle Streeter earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Special Education, a master of Science in Technology Education, and an Educational Specialist in School Psychometry from Jackson State University. Since then, she has earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration.
Guided by a steadfast commitment to educational excellence, Dr. Streeter is honored to lead LIFE3 Academy toward a future where every student can achieve their full potential.


MEET OUR FOUNDER
Norma Lubin is a retired United States Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (E-8) who served 24 years on active duty, ranking among the top 2% of the enlisted force. She is the Founder and CEO of LIFE3 Academy, a public charter school in Montgomery, Alabama, which has grown from 180 to over 600 students in four years. She leads with a mission to develop lifelong, self-disciplined, and self-sustained leaders capable of solving global challenges.

Throughout her military career, Norma served in locations including Montgomery, Columbus, Ramstein (Germany), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, South Korea, and Louisiana. She advised senior leadership on safety, budgeting, asset management, and job proficiency. As Director of Education at the United States First Sergeant Academy, she oversaw certifications, curriculum development, evaluations, accreditation, policy research, strategic planning, and operational management.

Internationally, Norma has led humanitarian efforts in Sri Lanka, India, and Liberia—providing over 30,000 meals, digging wells for villages without clean water, distributing essential supplies, and delivering leadership seminars to more than 200 community leaders. She is passionate about inspiring others and believes one person can make a difference.

Originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, Norma and her husband Shonta have two children and two grandchildren. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Columbia Southern University.
